- 80% attendance required for promotion.
- Minimum pass percentage in each subject.
- nur. – VII – 40%
- IX – XII – 40%
- Pass marks will be taken into consideration for the following subjects
- Moral Science
- English
- Hindi
- History/Civics
- SUPW
- G.K. SUPW. Moral will not be counted towards aggregate, only latters Grade will be given for these subjects.
- No re-examination, no-supplementary examination will be conducted.
- No rank will be awarded if student passes with grace marks. Only those who pass in all subjects will be given rank.
- Promotion will be decided on the whole year’s academic performance of a pupil. The decision of the promotion committee will be final.
